New version of Koi-Koi

After 2 years since the last release of version 0.8, I finally took some time to go back to working on this project and here comes the new version 1.0!
There are a few changes in this version:
- The game now starts by letting you flip a card to decide who will play first
- Yaku now have animations with pictures
- The game ends after 12 rounds
- There is a help page showing the months, yakus and their points value
- Some issues with void rounds and hand dealt automatic wins have been fixed
There are still new features I want to add and improvements I want to make.
Hopefully I can do some of them in the next few days while I still have some free time.

woah! im super happy this game got an update :D i recently got into koikoi and am planning on ordering physical cards, but until then this has been my favorite online version of the game and i was hoping itd still be updated sometime. nice work!
